Beyonder,I dont have a single comic with Mad Jim Jaspers in it.I do know he can beat almost anyone with his reality manipulating powers.i do know that a being like Franklin Richards even at child level,if his father or someone explained the way to beat him is take him out of a reality to control.Or into nothingness he has no power because he has nothing to control,while franklin can invent his own reality and beat him!

I go for Yog Sothoth, hes not omni because he can be banished but not killed. Thats how they dealt with him in Lovecraft the stories. There fore technically a fair fight, but Yog Sothoth's real power shines when it births new horrifying terrors. So Jasper would have to fight all of those too.
