A Fake Gamer Girl is a term for any female gamer who shows off their body mostly breast on cam for donations,subscribers, and views they mostly whine and cry when people call them names because 90% of the time the females are upset that 10 through 30 year old men are making fun of them either through sexual suggestions or direct insults. The main objective of a Fake Game Girl is to gain fame through their body which the fame is negative and not even close to positive.
