There is something i do not understand

Did Astral Regulator Thanos really defeat the True Form of The One Above All some people say that Thanos did and others say that The One Above All was just a Avatar and that Thanos didn’t actually defeat him and that Thanos merely defeated a weak Avatar and not his true form


I am also confused about this scene right here



As you can see here The Living Tribunal is both in this scene and in the other one which is seen above to clear up some confusion the first picture I posted is a scene after the 2nd photo I posted where The Living Tribunal faces off against Thanos before he got to The One Above All, are there suddenly 2 Living Tribunal’s was the one without The One Above All a avatar was he not a avatar and if he was presumably killed how did he show up in Thanos’s later conflict with him and The One Above All

It's a completely out of continuity comic event that did absolutely nothing.
