Prototype Theories That Can Prove Alex Mercer is Alive?

These are  by all means "Theories" but these are based on Video Game evidence that Alex Mercer aka Zeus is still alive at the ending of [Prototype 2] when Alex is "Seemingly" consumed by Sgt. James Heller and if you haven't played the games or read the comics there is spoilers ahead!
As we know in [Prototype] at the end the players understand that Alex Mercer is the living embodiment of a literal virus the Blacklight Virus (Which somehow people still confuse it for the Redlight Virus)

We know that ever since "Alex Mercer" died at Penn Station by Blackwatch we know alot about it as we play these ABCDE Examples will help support the theories I am posting.

A.) Immortality: Yes on a biologically-scale level, "Alex Mercer" is now immortal, it doesnt age, doesnt need actual food or water to survive, this is simply how it survived so much damage. (Notice I am saying IT to help know Alex isnt Alex anymore.)

B.) Regenerative Power: As a side-effect of his Immortality the blacklight virus could and can heal Mercer from any form of Damage as we know in the Game Alex has a passive regenerative healing factor, and that to help make instant or quicker healing for the physical manifestation which is known as Biomass and what is Biomass? Its a subtsance that is biological material that makes up a living organism, which Mercer can eat humans and gain their appearance/memories.

C.) Shapeshifting: Another side-effect with becoming the Virus is the fact the Blacklight Virus can change its physical form to anyone its consumed and with this gains their memories and has copied their DNA completely.

We know at the end you get to quote on quote "Murder your maker." But as evident as can be Alex did allow Heller to "consume him" this factually displayed during the fight as Alex kept cheering and giving advice to James instead of actually taunting him.

This explains why Alex never used his Muscle Mass or Armor abilities. (Or is it? See Clone Section!)

Those who played the game can see at the end scene there is a biomass puddle but when you go back the Biomass puddle is now completely gone this is an In-Game evidence that Mercer can and could still be alive.
