Surfer is faster and more powerful by far than the flash.Surfer went from one side of the universe to the other almost instantly to face the two pohemial gods.And beat them by using the energy of the crunch=boundry of the universe!

Well that is very impressive

Flash has problems with people that can fly and blast him from a distance especially when they can do wide area blasts he can't avoid. In most scenarios surfer wins with out much effort.

Beyonder i know the runner beat Surfer straight up,but even Champion says he had just expended a lot of energy beating me.So he may have matched the Runner if he had enough time to recover,but maybe not.He would have had a better shot at any rate!

Yeah the runner is vastly older and more experience in cosmic energy than silver surfer and along with pure speed.
