Babidi used a scale, and Dabura confirmed it. You just don't want to accept the fact that Goku and a lot of other DBZ characters are very powerful. And I don't watch Naruto or read it. In fact I hate it, so I have no idea if he's universal or not. Though I highly doubt he is.

You do realize Goku has overpowered a planet busting attack when he was complete shit compared to what he is now? SSJ2 Kid Gohan overpowered a planet busting attack, and he's much weaker than Goku now. They're not just statements. They're facts. When the characters train for years they become more powerful. It's not some fan statement. And databooks are clearly not reliable, as they stated Beyonder was omnipotent, which he's not.

Lol k and nothing akira stated is reliable either so either way goku isn't a planet buster just because its not reliable sources.
