It's been stated by you. It's never been shown in Dragon Ball. Lasers are lightspeed; deal with it. By your logic Superman isn't lightspeed. Timing aim & timing the actual laser are two very different things.

Show me where is says they aren't light speed. Just because there is some inconsistency doesn't make every feat non usable, especially when the character even states they are FTL.
